💰 How to Claim a Refund

  1. Wait 14 Days: Give the product a full 14-day try.

  2. Still not satisfied?
    Email us at hello@xn--mora-epa.com with:

    • Your order number

    • A brief note (we love feedback, but it's optional)

  3. That’s it. We’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refunds are only valid on first-time purchases of one bottle (your trial experience).

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • We do not cover refunds for:

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Incorrect address entries

    • Products damaged due to misuse
